奧運(yùn)北京“消防站”將過百

據(jù)來自公安部的消息，到奧運(yùn)會(huì)開始前，北京將有34個(gè)新的消防站建成使用，那么“消防站”怎么說呢？
請(qǐng)看新華社的報(bào)道：
Beijing will complete construction of 34 fire stations before the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games to safeguard safety of the stadiums.
Upon completion of all the stations, the firemen can arrive at any of the stadiums in two minutes after an emergency call.
為保證奧運(yùn)場(chǎng)館安全，奧運(yùn)會(huì)前，北京將有34個(gè)新消防站建成使用，從而可以確保消防員接警后兩分鐘以內(nèi)到達(dá)所有奧運(yùn)比賽場(chǎng)館。
這里，station為“站，所，提供服務(wù)或指揮運(yùn)作的地方”，比如“police station警察局”，“railway station火車站”等等，消防站就是“fire station”；另外，“firehouse” 也可以用來表示消防站，消防隊(duì)。
