Headphone OCD is a condition where you want the two earphones on a headset on the correct ears, that is, the left side is on left ear and right side is on right ear. If you put them in the wrong ears, you would feel very uneasy and would stop what your doing at hand to make them right.
Headphone OCD（耳機(jī)強(qiáng)迫癥）指用耳機(jī)時(shí)總想著要把L一邊放到左耳里，R一邊放到右耳里。如果不小心放錯(cuò)了邊兒，你就會(huì)覺得特別不舒服，然后停下手里的活兒把它們給調(diào)換過來。

The OCD refers to obsessive–compulsive disorder, which is a mental disorder where people feel the need to check things repeatedly, perform certain routines repeatedly, or have certain thoughts repeatedly. People are unable to control either the thoughts or the activities. Common activities include hand washing, counting of things, and checking to see if a door is locked.
OCD是“強(qiáng)迫癥”的簡稱，這其實(shí)是一種心理障礙，患有此癥的人喜歡反復(fù)檢查一些事情，反復(fù)做一些常規(guī)的舉動(dòng)，或者反復(fù)出現(xiàn)某些想法。這些想法或者行為都是人為無法控制的。常見的強(qiáng)迫癥行為包括：洗手，數(shù)東西，檢查門是否鎖好。
