| Sylvie Bermann, French ambassador to China, spoke on April 3, at a Beijing press conference for the Croisements Festival, one of the flagship events marking the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and France. Itself celebrating a ninth consecutive edition this year, the Croisements Festival has evolved into the biggest French cultural gala in the world and the largest foreign cultural carnival held in China.
