Weifang, China's vegetable capital in Shandong province, has donated 350 tons of high-quality vegetables to Wuhan, the epicenter of the coronavirus outbreak, on Jan 28, and will continue to support Wuhan with a daily supply of 600 tons of high-quality and affordable vegetables as needed.

The Shouguang municipal government mobilized specialized vegetable markets, agricultural parks and vegetable farmers to pick the freshest vegetables and also carry out quality inspection, packaging and loading overnight upon receiving instructions from superiors on Jan 27.
