Hatoyama Japan's new PM, names Cabinet

Japan's newly-appointed Foreign Minister Katsuya Okada arrives at the prime minister's official residence in Tokyo September 16, 2009.[Agencies] 

Foreign Minister. A party insider with no experience as Cabinet minister, Okada, 56, is said to have strong contacts in Asia and the US and is an admirer of President Barack Obama.
