Not a single country offers completely free medical service. The so-called free medical care in some countries only covers certain aspects, according to Liang Wannian, chief of China's National Health and Family Planning Commission, People's Daily reported.
Free medical care does not adhere with medical care rule and also wastes medical resources, Liang added.
