Body Worlds exhibit reveals secret of aging
A human body preserved without skin is part of an exhibit called Body Worlds Cycle of Life at the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago, April 5, 2011. More than 200 figures -- real human specimens preserved using the invention of German anatomist Dr. Gunther von Hagens, are on public display, revealing the process of aging throughout the stages, across youth, growth, maturity and advanced age, and showing various states, from healthy to distress to disease. The exhibit opened on March 18, and will run through Sept 5, 2011. [Photo/Xinhua]
