Forum Trends: Gender discrimination while job hunting

( bbs.chinadaily.com.cn) Updated: 2014-07-24 08:10

Mack (France)

I am not in favor of any form of discrimination. However, many small business owners can't afford to employ someone that could potentially be away from work for three months (and potentially as much as six months). It is not discrimination if a small business owner does not want to hire someone that by their own decision could create an unreasonable financial burden for their business.
