Wuhan GZB International Plaza (China)

The plaza covers a total construction area of about 490,000 m2. Its main buildings comprise one 69-story five-star office building with a height of 355 meters, seven 42-story high-rise residential buildings, one 40-story apartment hotel and six 27-32-story high-rise buildings. The project sets financial, office, commercial, residential, leisure and other functions in one to serve Wuhan CBD. As a large-scale comprehensive noble community, it was awarded the "Chutian Cup" and "Huanghe Cup", the highest architecture prizes of Hubei Province, China.
