In order to ensure service quality, a special monitoring room has been constructed in the Pingtan Administrative Service Center to enable real-time management of the 15 town-level service stations.

All the service stations are equipped with a government service guidebook, where residents can find out which documents they need to submit to apply for each service, the application procedure, and the processing time for each kind of application.
