Northeast China's Jilin province signed a cooperation framework agreement and four cooperation agreements with Sinochem Group Co Ltd (Sinochem) and China National Chemical Co Ltd (ChemChina) – two State-owned companies – at a ceremony held on Jan 19, seeking more cooperation in various fields.

For a long time, Sinochem and ChemChina have carried out extensive investment and cooperation in Jilin province in the fields of petroleum, the chemical industry and agriculture, and achieved good results.

After the signing of these agreements, Sinochem and ChemChina will further expand their cooperation in Jilin in the fields of automobile accessories, petrochemicals, breeding innovation and agricultural finance, among others.

They will also optimize the investment layout, implement more projects and make more significant contributions to Jilin's development during the 14th Five-Year Plan period (2021-25).
