Climbing is getting more popular in China - a lot of people do it over the weekend. Do British people like climbing and walking in the countryside?

As Zhang Xun points out, hiking is gaining popularity in China as more and more people go hiking at the weekend.

For Britain, however, hiking has always been a popular pastime. Whether you are a regular hiker or an occasional one everyone would agree that it is a good form of outdoor exercise.

To follow on from last week's programme on climbing we hear again from Kim Collis, a keen hiker and climber.
