Using the bathroom is part of daily life, we never really think about it much, we just use it when we need to go.

But what about if you don’t know where the nearest public toilet is, or if you are in conversation with people and need to be excused?

What are the different words people use for ‘toilet’, and how can we ask politely, without embarrassment?

Toilet Manners 上廁所

What is the etiquette of using another person's bathroom?

Is there any etiquette about using the toilet in other people’s houses, or in public toilets?

In this programme, Helen and Li ask British people what they would do in these situations and what kind of things we should take note of when using a public toilet.
