1月22日，中國互聯(lián)網投資基金在京成立，并與有關企業(yè)和金融機構達成多項戰(zhàn)略合作協(xié)議。中國互聯(lián)網投資基金經國務院批準設立，由國家網信辦和財政部共同發(fā)起，基金規(guī)劃總規(guī)模1000億元人民幣。

The newly established China Internet Investment Fund is expected to foster innovation and entrepreneurship within the internet sector via a market approach, analysts said on Monday.
分析人士指出，新設立的中國互聯(lián)網投資基金有望通過市場手段在互聯(lián)網行業(yè)促進創(chuàng)新和創(chuàng)業(yè)發(fā)展。

中國互聯(lián)網投資基金（China Internet Investment Fund）規(guī)劃總規(guī)模1000億元人民幣，首期規(guī)模300億元，資金已全部認繳到位。除中央財政引導資金（fund allocated from the central budget）外，出資方既包括中國移動、中國電信、中國聯(lián)通、中信國安為代表的產業(yè)資本（industrial capital），也包括工商銀行、中郵保險為代表的金融資本（financial capital）。

設立中國互聯(lián)網投資基金是發(fā)揮市場作用助推網絡強國戰(zhàn)略實施（to bring the market function into full play and foster implementation of internet power strategy）、以市場方式助力互聯(lián)網企業(yè)發(fā)展壯大（to enhance development of the internet sector via market approach）、更好地引領互聯(lián)網與資本對接（to better connect the internet with capital）、更好地發(fā)揮互聯(lián)網創(chuàng)新驅動發(fā)展的先導性作用（to help the internet better play its leading role in innovation-driven development）。

中國互聯(lián)網投資基金主要采取股權投資（equity investment）方式，支持互聯(lián)網企業(yè)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展，目標企業(yè)既包括具備一定規(guī)模的優(yōu)秀企業(yè)（large-scale enterprises with excellent performance），也包括發(fā)展?jié)摿Υ蟮某砷L期企業(yè)（growing enterprises with outstanding potential）。在投資運營過程中，與其他基金一樣，都是市場主體，平等參與市場競爭。
