The airline said the plane, an Airbus A320, disappeared from radar about 16km (10 miles) inside Egyptian airspace at 2.30am local time on Thursday.

這里的“消失”除了disappear，還可以用vanish或者lose contact來表示。

Greece's defence minister said radar showed the Airbus A320 had made two sharp turns and dropped more than 25,000ft before plunging into the sea.
