The map above shows the world according to average connection speed in Mbits/s, as recorded by Akamai - the content delivery network (CDN) responsible for serving between 15 and 30 percent of all web traffic.
上面這幅地圖根據(jù)內(nèi)容分發(fā)網(wǎng)絡(luò)（CDN）服務(wù)商Akamai記錄，以兆比特每秒為單位，展示了世界各國(guó)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接速度，Akamai目前的服務(wù)范圍涵蓋了全球15%－30%的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)流量。

Akamai's official rankings only take into account countries or regions with a unique IP count of at least 25,000, which gives South Korea the true top spot, followed by Ireland, Hong Kong, Sweden, The Netherlands, Japan and Switzerland. Norway, Latvia and Finland complete the top 10. The UK is 23rd in the ranking, the US 20th, Australia 50th and China 111th.
Akamai的官方排名只考慮到了獨(dú)立IP地址達(dá)到2.5萬(wàn)的國(guó)家或地區(qū)，韓國(guó)排第一可謂實(shí)至名歸，緊接下來(lái)是愛(ài)爾蘭、香港、瑞典、荷蘭、日本和瑞士。進(jìn)入前十名的還有挪威、拉脫維亞和芬蘭。英國(guó)排在第23位，美國(guó)第20位，澳大利亞第50位，中國(guó)第111位。
