近日，備受關(guān)注的“流量不清零”政策終于落地，中國(guó)移動(dòng)、中國(guó)聯(lián)通、中國(guó)電信公布了相關(guān)具體實(shí)施的方案。

China's top three major telecom operators will launch rollover data services on Thursday, meaning unused data at the end of the month will no longer just disappear.
三大電信運(yùn)營(yíng)商將自10月1日起推出“當(dāng)月流量不清零服務(wù)”，即月底未用的套餐內(nèi)剩余流量不會(huì)清零。

除了上文提到的rollover data service，“當(dāng)月流量不清零服務(wù)”還可以用allow users to carry forward unused monthly data allowance的方式進(jìn)行表達(dá)。

例如：

China's "Big Three" telecom carriers' have been asked to make further reductions in overseas roaming rates and allow users to carry forward unused monthly data allowance.
政府要求國(guó)內(nèi)三大電信運(yùn)營(yíng)商進(jìn)一步降低海外漫游費(fèi)，并推行當(dāng)月流量不清零服務(wù)。

此次當(dāng)月流量不清零服務(wù)的范圍為，按流量(traffic data)計(jì)費(fèi)的手機(jī)月套餐，包括按月計(jì)費(fèi)的基礎(chǔ)套餐和流量可選包，但不包含流量加油包、季度包、半年包、假日流量套餐等靈活周期產(chǎn)品，以及促銷贈(zèng)送的流量。同時(shí)，在一定時(shí)期內(nèi)包含一定上網(wǎng)流量的數(shù)據(jù)卡(data cards)也不在此次服務(wù)覆蓋范圍內(nèi)。

The operators will launch the service of not to all subscribers automatically.
三大運(yùn)營(yíng)商將自動(dòng)為所有用戶提供該服務(wù)。

中國(guó)聯(lián)通表示，此項(xiàng)服務(wù)是落實(shí)國(guó)務(wù)院(the State Council)關(guān)于“提速降費(fèi)”(lower Internet prices and elevate connection speeds)工作部署的重要舉措之一，將有助于解決用戶套餐內(nèi)剩余流量(remaining traffic data)問(wèn)題，改善用戶體驗(yàn)(improve user's experience)。中國(guó)移動(dòng)也表示，此項(xiàng)服務(wù)是中國(guó)移動(dòng)繼2014年推出流量季度包、流量半年包等服務(wù)以來(lái)，在流量不清零方面的又一新舉措(new measure)。
