“全天候”怎么說(shuō)

我們常常見(jiàn)到有很多全天候開(kāi)放的餐館或是其他服務(wù)場(chǎng)所，通常都會(huì)有醒目的"24
hours"標(biāo)志，這就是"24小時(shí)營(yíng)業(yè)"，和"全天候"的意思差不多。不過(guò)要形容"一天到晚，全天候，時(shí)時(shí)刻刻"該怎么說(shuō)呢，我們來(lái)看下面的對(duì)話：
A: Are you and Christina still together?
你和 Christina 還在一塊兒?jiǎn)幔?
B: No. I'm not seeing her anymore. She's the kind of girl that likes to hang
around 24-7. That was just too much for me, so...
沒(méi)有。沒(méi)跟她見(jiàn)面了。她是那種時(shí)時(shí)刻刻都想跟你膩在一起的那女孩子。太累了, 所以就……
"24-7" 指的是"24 hours a day, 7 days a week" 的意思，那就是"整天、隨時(shí)"了。念的時(shí)候念 "twenty-four
seven" 就可以了。
再給大家介紹一個(gè)關(guān)于時(shí)間的片語(yǔ)，on the nose，意思是"整點(diǎn)；完全"，例如：
A: What time is it, honey?
甜心，現(xiàn)在幾點(diǎn)啦？
B: It's six pm on the nose.
晚上六點(diǎn)整。
除了表示時(shí)間的整點(diǎn)外，"on the nose"還有"完全"(= exactly) 的意思。好比你的心事被一個(gè)朋友看透了。你就可以對(duì)他說(shuō)"Your
guess was right on the nose." (你的猜測(cè)完全正確。)
