"Art performance like this will help peoples of Vietnam and China know more about cultural feature of each country, thus serving as a cultural bridge linking the two nations," Hoang Dung, a 57-year-old Vietnamese audience told Xinhua after enjoying the performance themed "The Night of Shanghai".

During the show, audiences were able to enjoy Chinese cultural features as well as the fusion of Chinese and Vietnamese music.

"Vietnam and China share similarities in culture, therefore music and art of the two countries are easy to combine," said Dung.
