Trina Merry blends a man into the Great Wall of China with her incredible body art. [Photo/IC]

New York-based artist Trina Merry is known for her unique style that blends body art with photography. In her Lost in Wonder series (2015) she paints models' entire body to blend into some of the world's most iconic locations, including the Great Wall of China, the Great Pyramid of Giza in Egypt, the Petra in Jordan, the Colosseum in Italy, the Machu Picchu in Peru, the Stonehenge in the UK and the Easter Island of Chile.

Merry and her UK model Kyle James traveled to each site and took a historical tour of the site, often with a private guide. She then returned to the site to sit and observe the architecture, energy of the people and effects of tourism on the sites. Finally Merry created the work over a period of 1-3 hours onsite.
