The Second International Youth Illustration and Cartoon Biennial kicked off at the art museum of Chinese Academy of Art (CAA) in Hangzhou, capital of East China's Zhejiang province, on April 29. On display are 729 pieces of illustration and cartoon from home and abroad. The participating artists include noted domestic and overseas ones such as He Youzhi, Pang Bangben, Wu Shanming, Cai Zhizhong, Xu Jiang, Jakub Rebelka and Kyle Platts.
