Family planning rules help migrants

Migrant workers will have more rights, enjoy holidays and receive free contraceptives from health agencies, according to revised family planning guidelines for migrants released yesterday and take effect on Oct 1. Those who follow national family planning guidelines will get preferential treatment for operating small businesses as well as social welfare. There were 225.42 million migrant workers by the end of last year, according to official figures.
