The lives of 30 young men born in 1990s totally changed when they were enlisted into China's Armed Police forces two years ago.

The men, who used to be introverted, online game fans and big-spender, have turned into independent and good soldiers after the two-year paramilitary life in Guiyang, capital of Southwest Guizhou province.

The former comrades-in-arms do different jobs nowadays after they were discharged from the military service.

But they all said the military life would be an unforgettable experience in their whole life as it made them stronger in both bodies and minds.
