| A senior citizen displays a blue wristband bearing information which could be used to assist her if she gets lost, April 16, 2014. Hotline 12349 will be launched on May 1 to help people who become disoriented in Liuzhou community, South China's Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region. The wristband is made of silicon which is easy to wear and maintain. "Please call 12349 if the wristband owner is in trouble" is embossed on it together with a unique code, corresponding to the owner's address and an emergency contact number at the hotline center.
