Driver gets homesick, leaves bus on busy street

A bus driver was detained and fined 500 yuan ($73) after he left his bus on a busy street, causing a heavy traffic jam in Wuhan, capital of Hubei province.

The driver, surnamed Guo, got off the bus and took a taxi back home.

Traffic eventually returned to normal after the bus was moved, however, the bus company still does not know why the driver left the bus so abruptly.
