Company makes work more voluntary

This is a policy newly introduced by a private enterprise in Fenghua of Zhejiang Province, which declared that employees could be allowed not to work if they said that they were down but still be paid as usual. According to an official of the toughened glass manufacturer, the policy aimes to stimulate employees concentrating on work during the work hours.
