The 17th China International Industry Fair 2015 (CIIF 2015), an annual trade show aiming to showcase the latest achievements in China's manufacturing sector, opened on Tuesday at Shanghai New International Expo Centre.
Industrial robots manufactured by domestic companies, a prototype Mars rover and drones were displayed at the event.
As an important window and platform open to the world for international trade, communication and cooperation in industry, the exhibition will end on Saturday.
More than 2,100 exhibitors will participate in the five-day fair which is expected to attract 120,000 visitors.
