Pre-owned property prices peak in Beijing

Price of Beijing's pre-owned properties crossed 9,000 yuan per square meter in July, the highest so far, according to statistics from 21st Century, a real estate brokerage company.
The average marked price hit 9,350 yuan per square meter in July, up 4.4 percent over the previous month. The average price for Shanghai's pre-owned properties was 12,020 yuan per square meter, an increase of 3.1 percent over June.
