South China's Guangdong province kicked off a large-scale autumn season recruitment campaign in multiple cities around China. With the ambitious slogan that says "Million talents gather in Guangdong", the campaign held its first recruitment event in Beijing and Shanghai simultaneously on Tuesday, with a launch ceremony held at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

By mid-July 2025, Guangdong had already attracted over one million fresh graduates to work or start businesses in the province, achieving its "million talents" goal ahead of schedule. Building on this success, the autumn recruitment campaign aims to further strengthen Guangdong's talent pool.
