The rocket utilizes a three-stage solid engine in series with a liquid fourth stage, featuring a conical-cylindrical shape. It is 1.4 meters in diameter, approximately 20 meters long, and has a liftoff weight of roughly 33 metric tons.

It can carry up to 300 kilograms into a 500-kilometer sun-synchronous orbit, making it one of the most cost-effective and competitive small carrier rockets in the current commercial launch market.
