'Healing bread' sells like hot cakes

The Yangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine has recently started selling a line of TCM-infused baked products. Traditional herbal formulas from classical texts are blended into bread, pretzels and scones. These delicious and health-enhancing treats are selling like hot cakes, with 3,000 to 4,000 pieces flying off the shelf everyday.
