Johnny Ng Kit-chong, a member of the National Committee of the CPPCC, shared his efforts in establishing incubation centers. Johnny proposed a collaboration between Beijing and Hong Kong to create a "Hong Kong Zone," facilitating Hong Kong youth's entry into the mainland market while offering international opportunities.
