A 102-year-old woman who has recovered from COVID-19 is being taken good care of at a rehabilitation center in Wuhan and has developed a good relationship with the nurses, who treat her as if she were their own great-grandmother.

In late February, the 102-year-old, surnamed Xiong, was diagnosed with COVID-19. She did not have severe symptoms, so Xiong was cured in mid-March and was transferred to a rehabilitation center at Wuhan Ruihua Hospital in the city's Wuchang district for extra care because of her high blood pressure, coronary heart disease and weak bones.
