Ex-WHO chief: Hong Kong government handles the novel coronavirus outbreak transparently

In the second episode of a two-part series on Margaret Chan Fung Fu-chun's interview with China Daily, the honorary director-general of World Health Organization said the Hong Kong government has handled the novel coronavirus outbreak transparently and the control measures are in line with the WHO's relevant guidelines.
She also appealed to doctors and nurses on strike to remember the pledges they made to serve the patient, and work together to overcome the novel coronavirus crisis.
