About 300 women dressed in the qipao -- a classic one-piece, form-fitting Chinese dress -- walked through a street lined with golden gingko trees at Hebei University of Economics and Business during a celebratory activity during the weekend.
Located in Shijiazhuang, capital city of North China's Hebei province, the campus is locally famous for its beautiful gingko trees which turn a golden yellow in autumn and offer picturesque views for students and visitors.
The women, ages 30 to 76, were wearing different colored qipao. Their fashion show is one part of the university's celebratory event to welcome the beautiful season.
