Try the duck at new Hua outlet
Hua's Restaurant has recently launched a branch in the Financial Street area of Beijing, with a unique decor. Roast duck is one of the highlights on the menu. The dish uses a 43-day-old bird weighing around 2,250 grams, and the traditional scallions are replaced by honeydew, hawthorn fruit jelly and popcorn. The skin of the duck is crispy with the flavor of jujube wood, and the sauce options are sweet soybean, fruity or spicy.
