Zhang Jiaqi, Zhang Minjie snatch women's 10m synchro platform diving title

JAKARTA - Reigning World Cup winners Zhang Jiaqi/Zhang Minjie brought China the first victory on diving as they romped to win the women's 10m synchro platform at the Asian Games here on Tuesday.
The 14-year-old Chinese pair, who claimed victory in the FINA World Cup last June, led from the first dive to the last and scored a total of 361.38 points.
Kim Kuk-hyang/Kim Mi-rae of DPR Korea took the silver medal in 337.86 and Leong Mun Yee/Nur Dhabitah Sabri of Malaysia came to third at 310.80.
China has won all four gold medals in the women's 10m sycnhro platform at the Asian Games. Five-time Olympic champion Chen Ruolin from China, won a record three gold medals in the 10m synchro platform with different partners at 2006, 2010 and 2014.
