The Republic of Korea (ROK) and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) begin talks over the latter's dispatch of an art troupe to next month's PyeongChang Winter Olympics, Yonhap reported.
The working-level talks start on Monday at Tongilgak, a building on the DPRK's side at the shared border village of Panmunjom and follow last week's high-level dialogues between the two countries.
The offer to discuss the art troupe’s visit was initially proposed by the DPRK on Saturday and was accepted by the ROK on the same day.
